Software development – from hardware selection to apps

Our software development begins with the targeted selection of hardware: for electronic systems, we use controllers from IFM, Danfoss, and Sensortechnik Wiedemann and select the appropriate processor type and platform.
We use a development environment to simulate electrical and hydraulic systems so that the solution is ready for series production right from the drawing board.
Coordinated Android apps provide advanced control and service—from control to circuit board diagnostics.

Mobile control

Powerful, robust controllers with a wide range of configuration options enable use in a wide variety of mobile applications.
Areas of application range from the control of complete working hydraulics and electronic-hydraulic steering systems to hydrostatic drive controls with anti-lock braking systems (ABS) and traction control systems (TCS).
We also implement transmission controls and tilt and level controls – reliable, scalable, and designed for harsh environments.

Microcontroller

We develop and program practical, microcontroller-based circuit boards, drawing on a wide range of architectures and applications.
Examples range from incubator controls and keypads for the medical sector to I/O boards with CAN control and potential detectors for acupuncture.
Extensive protective devices—such as safety thermostats and various sensors—ensure high operational safety and durability.

Apps

In addition to controllers and circuit boards, we develop customer-specific apps for Android and iOS – from machine operation to diagnostics.
The applications connect via Bluetooth/Wi-Fi, CAN gateways, or cloud APIs and enable real-time control, monitoring, and logging.
On request, they can be equipped with offline functionality, role-based permissions, and secure update mechanisms for maintenance-friendly workflows.
